I truly appreciate the service I received from Billie at this location. I came in unexpectedly for a tire repair before a long trip and he got me right in! He explained everything I needed done in great detail and also took the time to go over what tires and additional things I will need to stay safe while driving this winter. He was professional, efficient, warm and welcoming! Thank you so much for the wonderful service, I will 100% be back for my SUV's needs!!!!

I’ve taken my vehicles here for years and always received great service. They’re efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Shane provides world-class customer service, and the whole team goes above and beyond to help me keep my vehicle running smooth. Can’t recommend enough, and will be returning for all my future car needs.

I had a great experience coming in for my state inspection. The team was very friendly, I was able to get in for my appointment right away, and the wait was short and efficient. Shane, in particular, was very helpful and professional at the front desk. Highly recommend!

I just want someone to know how much I appreciate the great service I always receive at the Midas on Erie Blvd in Syracuse NY! The place is always clean.. the garages look clean and the mechanics seem to stay on task and work hard! They all just look and act professional! I think Sean handles the front desk and always explains everything to me... and never seems to tire of my dumb questions! All on all.. I truly enjoy bringing my car in with great confidence that the job will be done right! 👍🥳

Amazing service! This is the second time I took my Volvo in for service and didn't disappoint. Shane and his crew took care of my vehicle like it was their own. I even referred my son with a last minute issue with his tire and Shane took great care of him and I thank him for that! Will continue to take my vehicle here with no hesitation.
